CALVARY CHAPEL BIBLE COLLEGE IRELAND
The mission and vision of Calvary School of Ministry is to be a resource to and for the body of Christ in Ireland where believers can be discipled and trained to be servants of Christ. Our goal is to provide a learning environment whereby students from all walks of life and various types of backgrounds can be rooted in the word of God and prepared for a life of service to Him and His purposes. We aim to accomplish this through the specific courses offered, the gifted teachers and volunteers involved, the many opportunities for service in the local body and community, and a foundational principle of simply teaching the Word of God and being led by His Holy Spirit.

What is Calvary Chapel?
Calvary Chapel is a worldwide fellowship of Christian churches known for its simple, yet sound, expositional approach to God's Word. During 1965 in Southern California, Pastor Chuck Smith began his ministry at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa with just twenty-five people. At a pivotal time in history, Smith welcomed all, young and old, without judgment, into the local church. With a sincere concern for the lost and a strong emphasis on the Word of God, Pastor Chuck and his wife Kay made room in the church and their home for a generation of hippies and surfers, serving in the midst of a powerful movement of the Holy Spirit that spread throughout the world. In the wake of that move of the Holy Spirit, what began as a small local church grew into an international family of over 1700 churches around the world. Today, the churches who make up the Calvary Ireland network continue to emphasise the sound expositional teaching of Scripture, the empowering of the Holy Spirit, and our fellowship one with another - all that we may know Him deeper and make Him known more broadly throughout Ireland and the world.
